A family story since 1928
The saga of the Jacquier family began in 1928 and has continued for four generations. At the age of 18, Alain Jacquier took over the management of Ibis Style Le Central hotel in Dijon, founded by his grandmother. Passionate about the hotel and restaurant business, he passed on these values and his love of Burgundy to his son and grandchildren. This marked the start of the adventure of Hôtels Bourgogne Qualité Group, which has expanded to other towns in Burgundy, where it now counts a total of 12 establishments, and is continuing to expand in Paris, with two establishments already flourishing in the capital.
